TOON’S HOTSAUCE was developed by Chef Toon Tan, a Vancouver based chef with more than 3 decades
of experience working in some of the most vibrant commercial kitchens in Vancouver. Chef Toon drew
inspiration from the rich culinary cuisine of Singapore which he blended with other world cuisines when
creating TOON’S HOTSAUCE.
As a Type 2 Diabetic, Chef Toon has been on the Keto diet for 3 years and has experienced truly dramatic and amazing results!
TOON’S HOTSAUCE is “A Different Kind of Hotsauce”, unlike other hot sauces on the
market which are “hot and sour”, TOON’S HOTSAUCE offers a complex, umami flavour profile.
TOON’S HOTSAUCE can be added as seasoning when cooking, as a marinade and dipping sauce. It is
amazing with eggs, grilled and roast meats, seafood and complements North American, Asian, Italian,
